Hello!

For IMGs the language and cultural aspects of the USMLE Step 2 CS can be very challenging. I can help you prepare for that challenge.

My name is David Freyer.

I’m an American (based in Asia) with more than 20 years’ experience as an English language (ESL) teacher.
I have been teaching ESL to healthcare professionals for 15 years.
I have been coaching IMGs on Step 2 CS for 10 years.

DEMONSTRATION VIDEOS

I’ve made a series of short demonstration videos, about 3 to 6 minutes each, based on the cases in the book First Aid for the USMLE Step 2 CS.

I have videos covering:

History taking: where I ask all the questions from each case. These videos can give you a clear, correct, and standard way of asking the questions that will appear normal for an American patient.
Questions and Closure: where I answer the challenging question, and provide a sample closure in simple conversational English.
I have another group of videos on the aspects of the Physical Exam.
And finally some General Tips and Practice videos.
