David’s class truly helped me pass Step2CS at first attempt. I was very lucky that I met him just at the beginning of my Step2CS preparation. His class provides all the practical points that you need when interacting with native, English-speaking patients both on examination and real practice. He also adds the natural culture of American people that surely boosted my confidence. I passed Step2CS in May 2012 and was a Clinical Fellow in Cardiothoracic Surgery, Mount Sinai Hospital, New York, during 2013-2014. This picture was taken there. I already (and still) recommended him to my friends who are interested in Step2CS and the truth is all of them have passed.

First of all, thank you, thank you, thank you David!
Honestly, I would not be able to pass the exam without him. David helped me with straight, clear, friendly, and professional communication with my patients. He patiently worked on my pronunciation. He also helped me with the non-verbal issues of body language and physical interaction with American patients. He asks a lot of questions! This really helped me prepare for the challenging questions. He is brilliant and warm-hearted. For those who are looking for Step 2CS tutor, I totally recommend him!

I got my high performance passing results, on the first attempt, in August 2014. I didn’t have a lot of time to prepare and David’s class was phenomenal. The feedback from the SP (which is David) helped me figure out the pitfalls in my preparation and the mistakes to avoid. I would highly recommend IMGs who might have language barriers, concerns about cultural issues, or who just want more confidence, to take a course with David.

I passed Step 2CS on my first attempt, and I do believe classes with David were a huge factor in my success.
As you can imagine, it was not easy for an international doctor like me who always communicated in my own language (Thai) when I was about to take Step 2CS. My stress level was off the chart! David drilled me in the history taking questions until I felt comfortable and natural. He also helped me understand how to appropriately interact with Americans. Additionally he helped me prepare for my interviews and even corrected my personal statement. I really enjoyed the classes. He is the best English teacher, I’ve ever known. Thanks a million to David.

I passed step 2 CS with first attempt. David is one of the best resources for preparing step 2 CS exam. He’s not only taught me English, but also the keywords and sentences that are critical to master the professionalism and interpersonal communication skills part. David can combine my three sentences that I tried to communicate with the standardized patient to one concise sentence. He’s not only an English teacher, but he can give you advice and ideas how the doctor should speak and act to gain patient satisfaction and trust under American culture circumstances. He made me realized that I don’t need to be a master in English language to pass step 2 CS, but you need to know what to say and how to say it. And he can help you with that.

Working with David really helped my confidence. He cleaned up my pronunciation, my phrases, and my overall communication. He also helped me be polite and direct in the North American style. This helped me when I worked in Canada and studied in UK. I have already recommended him to other colleagues.
